TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§ 1. Registration

Registrations must be made in writing (via the Internet, post, fax, email). The number of participants is limited for all seminars. Registrations are considered in the order in which they are received and confirmed in writing.

Participants’ data is processed electronically for internal purposes. The data associated with the registration is stored in compliance with data protection regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone courses due to insufficient numbers of participants. In this case, you will be notified by us at least two weeks before the start of the course. Costs incurred by the participant as a result cannot be claimed.

§ 2. Fees

Please refer to our website www.aviationinvestigation.com for the current participation fees or call +49 (0) 4107 877 30 77. All net prices stated there are plus statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated. The seminar fee must be paid at the start of the seminar at the latest. This must be paid without deductions after the invoice has been issued. The course fees stated on the website are subject to errors and change.

§ 3. Services

The course fees for the seminars include the following services: All training materials are included, as well as lunch and transport to visit the investigating authority or for practical exercises. For in-house and company training, special conditions apply by arrangement.

The training will be held in German or English unless otherwise stated or agreed. Travel, overnight stay and breakfast / dinner are not included in the price.

§ 4. Liability

If an event is cancelled due to illness of the trainer, force majeure or other unforeseeable events, there is no entitlement to the event taking place. Likewise, if the course is cancelled or rescheduled, no travel and overnight costs or expenses resulting from loss of work will be reimbursed. No liability is accepted for indirect damages, in particular lost profits or claims from third parties. The organizer is not liable to participants in the event of accidents or loss of or damage to their property. 

§ 5. Cancellation by client

Cancellation from participants who have already registered in writing must be received by us in writing no later than four weeks before the start of the seminar. A processing fee of 20% of the seminar fee (plus VAT) will be charged for cancellation. If a written cancellation is received after the above deadline or if a participant does not show up for the course without cancelling, the full seminar fee will be charged. The customer is expressly permitted to provide evidence to the contrary that no or lower compensation or expense claims were incurred. The above does not apply if the cancelling participant provides a paying replacement participant or rebooks the course. There are no additional costs for a one-time rebooking within the deadline.

§ 6. Responsibility

The selection of the course is the responsibility of the participant. We will be happy to advise you. Each training course is carefully prepared and carried out in accordance with the current state of the art. We accept no liability for advice given or the use of acquired knowledge.

§ 7. Copyright

Training materials provided may not be copied or passed on to third parties before, during or after the training course.

§ 8. Miscellaneous

These terms and conditions remain binding in their remaining parts even if individual terms and conditions are legally ineffective. Changes or additions to these terms and conditions must be made in writing. The place of jurisdiction is Ahrensburg/Germany.
